Social Sustainability Workshop

Sustainability is not exclusively associated with the natural environment. The need for people to have access to basic assets to not only survive, but to grow are key for a prosperous and sustainable society. Join us for a lively discussion and interactive breakout sessions on how we as individuals and as a society can tackle the systemic social issues that inflict marginalized communities.

On February 24, 2015, IdeasXChange (formerly Values in Perspective) hosted its inaugural panel + workshop on the theme of social sustainability featuring the following community leaders. The panel was followed by an interactive and action-oriented workshop on empowering marginalized groups.
